Structured Workout Catalog
We are happy to introduce Reddiyo's Structured Workout Catalog! Now you can browse our huge selection of workouts and schedule one with ease. Workouts can be filtered by duration, focus, and/or intensity, to help you find exactly the type of workout you are looking for.
How to Use It
From the main menu select “Workout Catalog.” All available structured workouts are displayed with key characteristics and a diagram outlining the flow of the workout. From here you can choose your workout or filter the list.
Filter Workouts
Reddiyo has hundreds of workouts to choose from and finding the perfect fit can require filtering. Select the filter icon on the top right of the screen. You can filter by duration, workout focus, and intensity.
Duration - The total time needed for the structured workout.
Workout Focus - The primary workout goal.
- Endurance - These workouts focus on building your aerobic power with low intensity work over longer durations.
- Tempo - The goal of these workouts is to build muscular endurance by maintaining a higher effort for longer periods of time but staying below threshold.
- Threshold - These workouts focus on building power output by extending your ability to hold and exceed higher threshold (FTP/LT) intensities.
- Anaerobic - These workouts often include stacks of short but very intense work intervals. They aim to improve maximum aerobic power and your ability to repeat intense efforts. Your thresholds, VO2 max, anaerobic power output can also see improvements.
- Recovery - Low intensity workouts allow your muscles to recuperate and adapt to the training performed prior. They also prime you for more intense work ahead.
Intensity - Intensity is on a 1-4 scale and represents the expected level of effort as it relates to time for the workout. The higher the number, the more intense the workout.
Select A Workout
After selecting a workout, you can add it to your schedule. Reddiyo will create your structured workout and establish your predicted performance stats and fueling recommendations. At this point, you are ready to go with your hand selected workout.
